Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 21, 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains how ProLocally ("ProLocally," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use our website or call a phone number displayed by our service.
Information we may collect
Depending on how you use ProLocally, we may receive:
- contact and service-request information you provide during a call or other communication;
- call-related information such as phone number, date, time, duration, routing outcome, and campaign attribution;
- basic device, browser, IP address, referral source, and website usage information where our website technology or service partners provide it; and
- information an independent provider or referral partner sends us about the status of a routed lead or call.
How we use information
We may use information to operate call routing, connect consumers with independent service providers, measure referral performance, prevent fraud or abuse, troubleshoot the service, improve our website, comply with legal obligations, and protect our rights and users.
Calls, routing, and recording
Calls may be tracked and routed through third-party call technology. Where permitted by law and where any required notice or consent is provided, calls may also be monitored or recorded for quality, attribution, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes. A provider receiving a call may have its own call-handling and privacy practices.
Independent providers and referral partners
ProLocally is a referral service. To make a connection, information may be shared with independent service providers, call-routing vendors, advertising or referral networks, and other service partners involved in handling an eligible request. Those parties may process information under their own privacy policies.
Service providers
We may use vendors that provide hosting, security, call routing, analytics, communications, fraud prevention, and related technical services. We provide them information only as reasonably necessary for those services or as otherwise permitted by law.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including business, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, and legal-compliance needs. Retention periods may differ by data type and partner.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide rights concerning personal information, such as requesting access, correction, deletion, or information about certain disclosures. These rights may be subject to exceptions. To make a privacy request, email support@prolocally.com.
Children
ProLocally is intended for adults seeking home services and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No internet, telecommunications, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our service, partners, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date.
